It offers 4.0 Amp Hours (Ah) of capacity, providing a balance between the lighter 2.0Ah compact batteries and the heavier 5.0Ah or 6.0Ah batteries. It is designed to deliver up to 33% more capacity than the standard 3.0Ah battery packs while maintaining a relatively lightweight design.

Common Use Cases
This 4.0Ah battery is a “sweet spot” for many professionals. It is excellent for angle grinders, circular saws, and reciprocating saws where you need significant power and runtime, but it is also light enough to use on drills and impact drivers without making the tool feel too bottom-heavy.
