PROTECTION PROTOCOL
OFFICIAL WARRANTY TERMS FOR EMARESE STORE
1.0 GENERAL COVERAGE
EMARESE STORE guarantees that all deployed equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
2.0 MANUFACTURER ALIGNMENT
As an authorized dealer, many of our tools carry specific manufacturer warranties (e.g., DeWalt, Milwaukee) that may exceed our standard protocol. We act as a liaison to facilitate these claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
3.0 EXCLUSIONS
This protocol does not cover damages resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear (brushes, bearings, seals).
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence (dropping, water damage).
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Use of non-compatible accessories or batteries.
4.0 CLAIM PROTOCOL
To initiate a warranty claim, follow this directive:
- Report: Contact Command via email with your Order ID and description of the defect.
- Evidence: Submit photographic or video evidence of the failure.
- Authorization: Wait for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Deployment: Ship the unit to our service center for inspection.
5.0 LOGISTICS COSTS
If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, EMARESE STORE will cover return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement unit. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs to the service center.
